Interlaced Hands Lat Stretch
Reclined Cow Face Pose (both sides)
Cat Tail Pose (both sides)

You can hold each pose for more than a minute if you have the time. As long as you are doing these stretches after your workout, giving yourself time to lengthen the muscles is a good thing.

This clinic was great! At the time, nothing seemed to be drastically different from what I was doing before, but when I put together all the individual parts of the lift I ended up besting my previous PR by 15 pounds! It was a great morning of learning, laughing, and lifting!
